In qualifying exchanges, accommodation abroad may be included for the agreed dates. Some hosts also include meals, bikes, or local introductions — only when the Opportunity says so.
Those savings are real. They are also conditional on a fair exchange of skills or help, not on a blanket promise from the platform.

Plan for getting there and home, visas or entry fees, travel insurance, vaccinations where relevant, local transport, SIM/data, and daily personal expenses. If meals are not included, groceries or eating out stay in your budget.
