Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Travelers must provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, honor accepted commitments where reasonably possible, comply with host rules, and follow all applicable laws.

Hosts must publish accurate opportunities, clearly describe expectations, treat travelers respectfully, provide the benefits described in the listing where applicable, and comply with local laws.

Each opportunity is unique. Some opportunities may offer accommodation, meals, learning experiences, cultural exchange, financial compensation, or other benefits. Sunward does not guarantee that every opportunity is paid. Users should carefully review each listing before applying.

Sunward may offer identity verification to improve trust. Verification status does not guarantee user behavior or future outcomes.

Users must use Sunward's communication tools responsibly. Harassment, spam, fraud, impersonation, and abusive behavior are prohibited.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by authorized payment providers or app stores. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the applicable payment platform.

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. Fake, misleading, abusive, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited.

All users must comply with Sunward's Community Guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent account removal.

• False identities
• Discrimination or harassment
• Illegal activities
• Circumventing platform protections
• Unauthorized data collection
• Uploading malicious software
• Infringing intellectual property

All Sunward trademarks, branding, software, designs, graphics, and content remain the property of Sunward Technologies LLC unless otherwise stated.

Sunward may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform safety requirements.

Sunward provides a platform connecting travelers and hosts. Agreements and experiences are primarily between users. While Sunward works to improve trust and safety, it cannot guarantee the conduct of every user or the outcome of every interaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunward shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Sunward may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
