Delete Your Sunward Account

You can request deletion of your Sunward account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to submit a deletion request. Deletion is handled by our team after we receive and verify your request — it is not completed automatically from this page.

How to request deletion

   Email us at hello@sunwardapp.com.

   Use the correct subject line

   In the email subject, write: Sunward Account Deletion Request.

   Include your account email

   Include the email address associated with your Sunward account so we can verify the request.

Verification & retention

Account deletion may require verification of account ownership. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary for legitimate legal or security purposes.
